Room Change Process

Please use the following instructions for submitting room changes based on your student type for Fall 2024.  Room changes are granted using the application complete date that students completed their housing application.  To submit a room change, you must first sign your housing contract.  University Housing will not process any room changes after July 15th as we prepare for move in.

Room change requests are submitted through the housing portal.  To access the housing portal, log into MyGeorgiaSouthern and select the On-Campus Housing link under the Campus Life tile.  Click on Housing Request Forms in the light blue ribbon and select Room Change Request Form.

The room change process will be turned on during the second week of classes of the fall semester.  Room change requests will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
